Event Information

Now entering its 16th year, the festival attracts more than 22,000 attendees and over 200 vendors from across the United States and around the world, showcasing award-winning chocolates, artisan coffees, candy makers, bakers, and gourmet food producers.

Produced by Blue River Productions, the event transforms the Expo New Mexico fairgrounds into a massive chocolate-and-coffee marketplace featuring tastings, live demonstrations, hands-on classes, and presentations by leading chocolatiers, chefs, and coffee experts.
Festival goers can explore a vast selection of specialty foods and drinks while learning directly from industry experts through educational sessions and culinary demonstrations.



Highlights include:
