In celebration of the opening of Vanderbilt Universitys New York campus, the Commodore womens volleyball team travels from Nashville to host a match in the Big Apple vs. the University of North Carolina Tar Heels. Building on last years incredible Match 1 that took place outdoors in the middle of the Vanderbilt campus, the Commodores continue their outside the box tradition by hosting this match at New Yorks historic Hammerstein Ballroom at Manhattan Center. Join us for this exciting SEC vs. ACC matchup beneath the balconies and opera boxes of one of New Yorks most spectacular venues. Anchor Down in Midtown at 2 pm EDT on Sept. 13, 2026.
