Tree Fort Productions Projects, in association with Grief Dialogues, proudly announces its highly anticipated season opener, In the Wake of Life running from September 18 -September 20, 2026. Katherine Michelle Tanner-Producing Artistic Director, along with Lee Gundersheimer - Director team up with Elizabeth Coplan's company Grief Dialogues to bring an intimate evening of six ten minute plays that explore the profound themes of dying, grief, love and what it truly means to be human.

"I wanted to open our season with something that speaks directly to the shared human experience," says Artistic Director Katherine Michelle Tanner. "Death and grief are universal, yet we rarely discuss them openly. In the Wake of Life uses the transformative power of theater to turn what can be an isolating journey into a beautiful, communal moment of healing and love."

To further foster community dialogue, a facilitated audience talkback will immediately follow each performance. This gives patrons an opportunity to share their thoughts, ask questions, and engage directly with the cast, crew, and fellow audience members.
