Event Information

The JFK Summer Author Series is an annual program that brings well-known authors to Cape Cod for engaging talks and discussions. The series features writers across genres-history, politics, memoir, and fiction-who share insights into their work, often with connections to the Kennedy legacy or American public life.

Four authors will discuss their books, followed by a book signing: (Scott Ferson on June 9 - How the Democrats Lost America; Kate Storey on July 17 - White House by the Sea; Caroline Hallemann - The Kennedys and the Windsors; and Chris Matthews (of Hardball - now on Substack) on August 3 - Lessons from Bobby: Ten Reasons Why Robert F. Kennedy Still Matters.)

The summer series offers locals and visitors a chance to hear directly from prominent voices in an intimate, cultural setting. Attendance by Zoom is an option. The free event is sponsored, in part, by the Cape Cod Melody Tent. Featured author is Chris Matthews (Hardball - now on Substack).
