Event Information
This September, Greensboro Pride celebrates its 20th anniversary with a landmark first: the city's first-ever independently produced Pride Parade, produced entirely by IMPAQT GSO.
PARADE
Saturday, September 12, 10 AM
Steps off from the Elm-McGee Parking Lot (336 S Elm St) and runs north on Elm Street to Center City Park.
FESTIVAL
Saturday, September 12, 11 AM to 7 PM
LeBauer Park and City Center Park
This year's theme, "For 20 years we showed up. This year we march," reflects two decades of community growth. The 2026 festival is on track to be the largest single-day event in the Triad, with more than 100,000 attendees expected across downtown Greensboro.
The milestone year has drawn record support: over 40+ local and national sponsors, including presenting sponsor Crest.
Festival-goers can expect live entertainment, food and vendor villages, an All Access VIP experience, and a full day of celebration honoring 20 years of Pride in Greensboro. The parade will feature marching bands, community organizations, sports leagues, and local businesses marching together for the first time in this new, independently produced format.
