Event Information

Free outside event. Performing this year:
- Walter Parks and The Unlawful Assembly reimagining historic spirituals, hollers and work songs. Based in New York this group features Ada Dyer on voice, who tours in Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band
- The Moonrisers from Detroit. Soundtrack music features one of the world's most interesting drummers-Adam Schreiber, partnered with an electric banjo player. Very vibey. Their recent album is produced by Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys.
- Vincent Varvel from St Louis interprets classic covers by Radiohead and Joni Mitchell and more on acoustic guitar.
- Vivian Birch, modern dancer from Webster University choreographs to the music of all performers.

Location: Larson Park by the Liberty Tree (closest street dead end of Poplar but the street will be closed for vehicles.)

Will there be food for sale? Yes! Farm Spirit will be joining us and serving up some delicious sandwiches and snacks.

Is this a free event? Yes, this is a free event and we want everyone to feel included. However, there are expenses and we would be forever grateful for your generous donation. This can be made directly to Parks Arts via venmo @parksarts or zelle @burroakconcerts.
