Unearth a Story and launch your summer with the Clearview Library District! Join us at the Severance Library for a high-energy, family-friendly kick-off to our all-ages Summer Adventure Program.

Pan for "gold" at a 20-foot mining sluice, dig for fossils at mini-excavation sites, and race through dino-sized challenges in a dinosaur obstacle course. Young explorers can channel their inner scientists at fossil identification stations, while everyone can enjoy themed temporary tattoos and a collaborative community art project.

During the event, library staff will help you register for the Summer Adventure Program and explain how our reading and activity Bingo cards work for Early Literacy, Children, Teens, and Adults. Learn how to complete Bingos, earn prizes, and enter grand prize drawings—all while exploring interactive, screen-free fun.

Drop in, stay as long as you like, and kick off a summer filled with curiosity, imagination, and discovery!
All ages are welcome. Registration is not required for this event.
