Clarence Johnson III QuartetNew Orleans native Clarence Johnson III is a celebrated saxophonist, recording artist, educator, and performer whose dynamic style blends jazz fusion with Coltranesque Impressionism and Sun Ra-inspired futurism. Over a career spanning more than three decades, he has appeared in film and television projects including Ray with Jamie Foxx and PBS performances with Allen Toussaint, while collaborating with an impressive range of artists such as Delfeayo Marsalis, Dr. John, the New Orleans Jazz Orchestra, members of the Neville Brothers and The Meters, as well as international icons including Aretha Franklin, Gladys Knight, The Temptations, and Wynton Marsalis.Shows at 7:30pm & 9:30pm Doors at 7:00pm & 9:00pm Restaurant is Open 5pm - 10pm for dinner before or after your showtime:Advance Ticket Holders can now automatically make dinner table reservations for the Dining Room online via OpenTable.com !Advance Ticket-Holders can also make table reservations for dinner by Emailing reservations@snugjazz.com after your tickets have been purchased online. However, we encourage you to arrive at least 90 Minutes prior to your showtime in order to enjoy full, relaxing dinner service in the Dining Room right next door, before getting seated in the Music Room for your ticketed showtime.
