In Addition to great food and entertainment, Salsa Con Fuego will feature
“The Salsa Music Gallery” exhibiting countless golden era legendaries of Salsa Music and FANIA All-Stars such as Celia Cruz, Willie Colon, Ray Barretto, Machito, Tito Puente, La Lupe, Mark Anthony, Daniel Santos, Hector La Voz, and Ruben Blades, just to name a few. “The Salsa Music Gallery” is inspired by popular scholarly writings about what came to be known as “salsa”, a musical phenomenon birthed in the South Bronx during the late 1960s – also know as “Our Latin Thing”.

Salsa Con Fuego is passionately committed to creating a restaurant theme that values the human experience depended in large measure on traditions and memories. Salsa Con Fuego promises to provide a venue with the ability to restore history and anchor cultural traditions; that brings sound economic, social, and cultural vitality back to the Bronx.
