We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization funded primarily by private donations, grants, fees for services and by the taxpayers of our surrounding communities.

Our mission is to facilitate and promote health and wellness in the Rangeley Lakes region. We began in 1993 as a grassroots initiative to bring stable, locally-based, high-quality primary health care to our community. In 1994, we partnered with the Kennebec Valley Regional Health Agency (now HealthReach Community Health Centers) to open the Rangeley Region Health Center (now Rangeley Family Medicine).

Once our original goal was achieved, we enhanced and expanded our vision and we now operate a Fitness Center, sponsor numerous health and wellness community programs and provide facilities and support to our health care partners, Rangeley Family Medicine and Rangeley Physical Rehabilitation.
