Complete with entrees set for international flight (lasagna, haddock portofino) alongside classic American appetizers (bacon cheeseburgers, buffalo wings), Park Grill & Spirits restaurant in Worcester is all about what the people want.

Owner Dino Singas calls his restaurant, “An American Grill with Mediterranean Flair,” in reference to the variety of beautifully-made and delicious dishes that Park Grill & Spirits prides itself upon. Their haddock portofino, as a wonderful example, is an entrée covered in fresh artichokes, complete with peppers, garlic, lemon, and a lovely butter wine sauce (with sides of both potato and rice pilaf). Nevertheless, perhaps it is a bowl of warm, cheesy nachos that is better suited for the Worcester crowd this Friday night?
