Performing arts theater in Orono, Maine Sizable performing arts center at UMaine featuring plays, concerts & films, plus a museum & cafe. The Collins Center for the Arts is a cultural and artistic centerpiece for eastern and northern Maine. Located on the UMaine campus, the 1,435-seat Hutchins Concert Hall hosts Broadway tours, music legends, comedians, classic and modern dance, live theatre, family shows, and more. Audiences can see broadcasts from The Met: Live in HD and NT Live. Some of the finest chamber musicians in the world perform at the adjacent Minsky Recital Hall.
