We are Downtown Minneapolis’ most versatile venue, located at the intersection of Hennepin Avenue and South 5th Street in the dazzling Lumber Exchange Building. Over the past 4 years, we have hosted some of the Twin Cities’ greatest events at the Fountain Room, The Exchange and Alibi Lounge, and The Pourhouse. We are thrilled to showcase our newly remodeled and expanded spaces!
