Charter school in Brooks, Georgia Liberty Tech is new charter school in Fayette County for students throughout the south-Atlanta region that has been modeled after the very successful Temecula Preparatory School in Temecula, California and High Tech High in San Diego, Ca. It opened in August 2016 with grades 3-8, growing to K-8 within 1 year.
