Rodney Williams is the owner, chef and visionary of Jamaica Breeze Restaurant and Lounge. Originally from Montego Bay, Jamaica he now calls Bradenton home. Rodney is known for his strong work ethic, culinary skills, warmth, and friendly demeanor. Always greeting his guests with a smile. He has always enjoyed cooking. Learning how to cook meals with his grandmother.

Rodney takes prides in his food and is his biggest critic. He honors the traditional methods of authentic Jamaican cooking. Yes they grill their Jerk Chicken! Always using fresh spices and strives to source the freshest, local grown produce whenever possible.
