The mission of First Church Unitarian is to be a welcoming, compassionate, and diverse community, seeking spiritual growth and fellowship while working for a just, peaceable, and sustainable world. 

First Church Unitarian is a liberal religious community which welcomes people of all ages, races, sexual/gender orientations, ethnic and religious backgrounds seeking a community committed to justice and compassion. Our congregation is self-governing, democratic, and welcoming to all.

As Unitarian Universalists, we’re not like most religious communities. While we trace our roots to the Christian and Jewish traditions, Unitarian Universalists draw upon all faith and wisdom traditions of the world. Our religion is centered around shared moral values and a deep commitment to love, service, freedom, justice, and spiritual growth.
