Ten Spoon uses solar energy to irrigate its five-acre, organic vineyard growing French-American hybrid grapes. Varieties include Marechal Foch, Frontenac, Leon Millot, St. Croix and St. Pepin. Ten Spoon also produces Moonlight Pinot Noir, made from Willamette Valley grapes, as well as other varietals from grapes grown in the Columbia Valley. Flathead Cherry Dry, Paradise Pear and Temptation Apple Dry deliver refined fruit taste without being sweet. They are all made in the heart of Missoula's Rattlesnake Valley, a mile from the Rattlesnake Wilderness Area, which provides excellent water and beautiful wildlife.
