The Ogden Theatre is located in the City Park West neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. Built in 1919, the venue has since become both an official Denver landmark and a national historic landmark. In its earlier days, the Ogden Theatre schedule was busy with recitals, dances, lectures, vaudeville acts and even shows from the legendary magician Harry Houdini. From the 1930s to the 1980s then, the Ogden Theatre Denver was primarily used as a movie theatre. Indeed, it wasn't until 1993 that the Ogden Theatre re-opened and took on its current operation as one of Denver’s most popular concert venues.
At present, the Ogden Theatre schedule books roughly 150 concerts each year, covering a wide range of genres and catering to a wide variety of tastes. Whatever your musical preferences, you can rest assured that Ogden Theatre Denver will have something to offer you.
