The Wonderlands Nashville-based alternative-pop quintet The Wonderlands began in 2020 as a vehicle to combine the aesthetics of pop music with elements of funk and rock. Their newest release, the Major Motion Picture EP, showcases three new songs that juxtapose a synthesizer-augmented pop sound with existential lyricism and driving rhythms. Now, The Wonderlands are planning out an exciting 2023, with lots of new music and shows to come.The Wonderlands are: Miles Jena (vocals), Adam Steele (bass), Jill Gavigan (vocals, keyboards), Derek Johnson (drums) and Patrick Oakes (guitar).Rebecca McCartney Born and raised in the heart of the New York music scene, Rebecca McCartney makes music for your nighttime bike ride over the Brooklyn Bridge, your suddenly soaked rain walks, and your sun drenched coffee mornings. Known for her reflective, endearing lyrics and dynamic, magnetic live performances, McCartney has released two solo EPs that conjure the grit and warmth of a lifelong musician soaked in the energy of an ever changing city. Born as a solo act but sometimes joined by 3 jazz-trained New York musicians in her full band shows, Rebeccas songs go from mellow to bursting with energy, but always shine with velvety vocals and biting emotion.monarch. is formed by Sarah Hartstein, Jesse Hartstein, Nick Pappalardo, and Alex Alfaro. Th friends started the new project during the Summer of 2021, and have been endlessly inspired since. The trio is inspired by jazz, pop, rnb, indie, and rock.
