HOLLYWOOD CASINO AT THE MEADOWS - EVENT CENTER 210 Racetrack Rd, Washington, PA 15301 All Ages. Anyone 2 years old and older must have ticket. Under 21 must enter through garage side entrance. No refunds or exchanges. All advance sales online only. Box office is located at the entrance to the Event Center and only opens on the day of the show 2 hours prior to doors.
