Join us under the heavens' dome of stars as we explore the wonder and mystery of the Christmas story with the music of chilly nights and warm fires, of beasts in the fields and in the manger, and angels singing the mystery of Christ's birth.

For centuries the Christmas story has drawn composers back to its themes of wonder and renewal, inspiring music that feels both intimate and universal. Mystery, Magi and Mittens reaches across time to tell that story, from Renaissance masters Tye and Byrd to world premieres from our resident composers, with Poulenc’s four seasonal motets threading through a program of reflection and joy.
