Let music become love in action at the Music of Love Charity Concert, a breathtaking East-meets-West musical experience on Saturday, January 10, 2026, 7:00-9:00 PM at the Robinson Fine Arts Center, 1800 Alma Dr, Plano, TX 75075. Presented by the Dallas Guzheng Association, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to sharing the beauty of traditional Chinese music and building bridges between cultures, this special evening donates 100% of concert profits (net proceeds) to Children's Health, the sole beneficiary of the event, supporting vital pediatric care and wellness programs for families across North Texas.

Music of Love is more than a concert - it is a soulful symphony where traditions meet and hearts connect. Ancient Eastern instruments such as the Guzheng, Erhu, Pipa, Ruan, and Yangqin will share the stage with beloved Western instruments including violin, cello, piano, and guitar. Together, they create a shimmering tapestry of sound that flows seamlessly from classical and folk traditions to contemporary arrangements, celebrating the universal language of music: a language that speaks of compassion, hope, and the beauty of our diverse community.

Throughout the night, you will experience performances by outstanding local and regional artists and ensembles, including members of the Dallas Huayun Traditional Chinese Music Orchestra and other featured performers who specialize in both Eastern and Western styles. Their artistry transforms the stage into a meeting place of cultures, generations, and stories-inviting you to listen with your heart as much as with your ears.

Behind every note is a deeper purpose. As North Texas continues to grow, so does its pediatric population, and many children face serious health challenges that require ongoing, specialized care. Children's Health is a leading pediatric health system serving this community, and your ticket helps expand programs that support children with conditions ranging from cancer and chronic illness to emotional and mental health needs. By spending one evening immersed in music, you help create many brighter tomorrows for young patients and their families.

Robinson Fine Arts Center is a modern, comfortable venue designed for exceptional acoustics and a welcoming guest experience. There are over 600 parking spaces available on site, with additional overflow parking at the nearby Academy High School across Alma Drive, and the venue is fully accessible for individuals with disabilities. Business or business-formal attire is recommended to match the concert's elegant yet warm atmosphere. Because this is a formal charity event and all profits support children's health initiatives, there are no reduced prices for young children, and guests are encouraged not to bring children under five.
