Janet Ivey, host of the award-winning PBS show Janet's Planet, will take you on a tour of the universe as you explore each planet on the way to a "Super Nova Pizza Picnic." Travel at the speed of light with Janet and her friends to the edge of our solar system to view a super nova, recently discovered by the Voyager 1 spacecraft. Explore the elements of science, technology, engineering, art and math in a fun and exciting journey to the cosmos. Recommended grade levels: 3rd-5th Curriculum: Science / Math / ELA Lap Tickets are available for purchase for children 12 months and under at the Broward Center's AutoNation Box Office. Everyone entering the theater must have a ticket. Study guides for all of the Smart Stage Matinees will be available on www.browardcenter.org.
