A classical ballet loved by audiences for its humorous plot and lavish staging, Don Quixote blends exquisite dancing with a swashbuckling adventure tale that takes the famous man of La Mancha across the Spanish countryside to battle imaginary dragons, save damsels in distress, and search for his one true love. On his journey, he unwittingly becomes a co-conspirator in a marriage plot between Kitri, an innkeepers daughter, and the man she loves, town barber Basilio. Unfortunately, Kitris father has a different husband in mind for her: the rich, but vain and selfish, Gamache. Will Kitri get her man?
