Monk Space was established in 2007 as a full service FILM PRODUCTION WAREHOUSE and EVENT VENUE in the center of LA. We are an adaptive use space housed in a 95 year-old brick building with tons of character and history. Our warehouse, has distressed brick walls, concrete floors, a skylight, two shuttered windows, tall ceilings and load in through a pedestrian alley from the street. This includes adjacent production rooms and courtyard which all have their own unique looks and functionality. Our Annex, has a restored 1920s vintage wall, more exposed brick, wood plank walls, a hallway and a roll up door for easy load in. Monk Space isn’t just about our building.
