Distillery Located on 17B in Bethel across from the entrance to Bethel Woods Performing Art Center and the Woodstock Museum, the Dancing Cat Saloon is the Foodie, Art and Music arm of the Catskill Distilling Company, one of the first Craft Farm Distilleries in NYS. Featuring locally sourced upscale cusine, live music and a Sunday Jazz Brunch in an artully restored Victorian serving our own Artisan Cocktails with our NYS Distilled Spirits. A visit to the Dancing Cat becomes a historical and magical trip when combined with a tour of the Distillery and a visit to the Museum at Bethel Woods and one of the many events and concerts at the Bethel Woods Performing Art Center on the Site of the 1969 Woodstock Festival.
