Shine is a gathering place for food, movement & nightlife. A place for all of us to congregate, celebrate, inspire, and transform together as a community. Shine is owned by the Emich triplets, former owners of Trilogy.

Shine serves local, organic food sprinkled with holistic nutritional elements including housemade krauts, sprouted seeds and grains, raw treats, local meats and fish -- food that makes you smile inside and out at an affordable price. Open for lunch, happy hour & dinner and brunch on the weekend. We host all kinds of public and private events.

Shine also includes a full tonic and herbal elixir bar as well as a kick-ass cocktail bar. We will have nightly music in our Shine gathering space. The gathering space is also available for private events and workshops
