Venue Information

Memorial Hall Association was founded in 1995 to manage and maintain the Memorial Hall venue as a non-profit community hall on the second floor of the Shelburne Town Hall. The theater is owned by the Town of Shelburne, but run by a volunteer Board of Directors.

Memorial Hall Association rents the Hall for events throughout the year, including film, theater, and music. In February of 2009, the Memorial Hall Association was granted the rights to present the Metropolitan Opera: Live in HD series, bringing opera back to Memorial Hall.

Memorial Hall Association has also contracted with The National Theater of London to present the historic NT Live first season. MHA is incorporated as a 501(c)3 non-profit cultural organization.
