Located inside the Horton Plaza shopping center in downtown San Diego's historic Gaslamp District, the Mad House is the city's premier comedy venue. Featuring national headliners, free parking for every show and amazing food and drink all with a view of beautiful downtown San Diego. Parking is free and easy, the parking structure is connected to our building so no need for a long walk.

After the show, stay and have a drink or an appetizer on the terrace, hang out with your friends, or maybe a comedian! Or start your night at the Mad House, then walk right downstairs and experience San Diego's legendary nightlife in Gaslamp Quarter!

Dinner and show packages available for every show. Large parties and groups are welcome. Get your tickets early as shows do sell out.
