Arena in Topeka, Kansas The Stormont Vail Events Center, formerly known as Kansas Expocentre, is a 10,000-seat multi-purpose arena built in 1987 in Topeka, Kansas. Beginning in 2022, it will be home to the Topeka Tropics of Champions Indoor Football.
