Public library in Arlington Heights, Pennsylvania The Eastern Monroe Public Library was founded in 2016 and consists of the main Hughes Library, the Pocono Township branch, the Library of the Smithfields, and a Bookmobile to get to all the places in between. In addition to over 200,000 print books in our collection we offer free books online, a local history room, classes, Storytime, and great programs for kids, free concerts, study rooms, meeting spaces, and so much more!
