Restrictions of still and video cameras vary by event. The event producers determine this policy and not Cowboys Dancehall. Please check the event detail page for the concert or event that you are attending.
On nights without a concert or special event Non-Professional cameras are allowed. Professional cameras (cameras that have a lense 3 or 6 inches in length) and cameras placed on a tripod are not allowed in Cowboys Dancehall unless accompanied by proper media credentials provided by Cowboys Dancehall or event producers.
Audio and video cameras are strictly prohibited any time that Cowboys Dancehall is open to the public.When doors are open for an event: the Box Office and Will Call is located at the main entrance in the front of the building.

When doors are not open for an event: Cowboys Dancehall's Box Office is a walk-up facility only and is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The box office is located at the back of the building adjacent to ...
