Church in Los Angeles, California Welcome to the Church of Scientology of Los Angeles. Originally founded in 1954, we have operated from our landmark building on Sunset Boulevard since 1977. Today our home stands transformed into a model Scientology Church—one that realizes Scientology Founder L. Ron Hubbard’s vision that all Churches of Scientology become. We provide the ideal facilities for both Scientologists and the newcomer interested in learning how to better conditions in life. We offer life improvement courses and books by L. Ron Hubbard covering the mind, spirit and life. We also provide a home for the community and a meeting ground of cooperative effort for those who share in our dream of a drug-free, crime-free and flourishing future for all.
