Abundance Vineyards is a family winery with deep roots in the Lodi region that can be traced back to the planting of Carginane and Old Vine Zinfandel grapevines by two brothers in the 1960s.

As a child, co-founder Dino Mencarini developed a passion for winemaking while helping his grandfather and father blend table wine. Years later, that passion turned into a boutique winery specializing in a mix of Spanish, Portuguese and Southern Rhone varietals that thrive in Lodi’s unique terroir.

Our flagship wine, the Old Vine Zinfandel, is derived from our vineyard planted in 1961. A soft and elegant plum fruit with a slight flavor of the vineyard opens up this medium bodied wine with many layers and a lovely balance of ripe fruit and oak.
